My 150 Likes Story!!!

Hey guys.... how is Sunday going on???? OHH.... Mine went absolutely lovely... Was busy the entire day with work and shoot and now finally got time to blog about it.... So starting with morning...... I'm I the only one who gets up from dream sleep by 12??? 🙈🙈 hehehehe... I really go lazy on Sunday's..... and don't feel like stepping out ... But as laziness will always keep you behind, I dressed up and started with my shoot.
                          Well, this is how i started my lazy day and turned it on with my shoot.... but that's not the end... Hang on!! Well are you like really reading my post with concentration or having a question of what my title says?? Hahahahha .... let me tell you of what happened. I was texting one of my friend on whatsapp and meanwhile i kept a display picture on whatsapp of my recent shoot..... and he absolutely loved it .... and recommended me to place the same picture on fb... also he came up with a challenge saying if i post it on fb, i will definitely get 150 likes.... I accepted his challenge and told him, if that turns up to be a reality only then i will agree to what he says😂 and his reaction was this ->😧😦😣 
So let's see who wins this challenge..... 
                  Coming back to my shoot, I wore this really sexy blue dress... it is so soft from inside and very comfortable.. I don't have to fix my dress all the time after every shot. I paired it up with my super sexy boots... I just love them because it's black and I'm obsessed with it. I kept my makeup quiet simple with a mascara and lip gloss. I personally don't love applying too much makeup... what I'm crazy about in makeup section are only eye shadows.....that's what i love the most... Also I had recently blogged about my ellen tracy watch and assured of pairing it with my upcoming outfits... so yes i did it todayy... Balance It Up

Hey guys...... how is sunday going on??? I had a hectic week🙈🙈🙈 Sorry for not blogging last sunday...was piled up with a lot of work... Coming back to my new post....as you all know last post was about how to get glowing skin and I also promised to blog next few posts of how to have a balance diet....
             So, I came across this website www.iass.info which helps you to have a balanced diet according to your age...YESS!! You heard it right... diet according to your age. Isn't it awesome... Previously i came across a lot of books regarding intake of healthy diet, but guys.... neither of then worked. I thought to made a last try to this one and yipppeee.......it actually worked. You can notice effects within a week.. Apart from healthy intake, your face glows up and clears all pores, blackheads, pimples.. Also, if you are disturbed, or facing problems you can still visit the same website because apart from health you get many options like Vitality, Happiness, Illumination, Universal Love etc.... The guidance towards all is very easy...you can figure out which page you are going to and have a self satisfaction after reading it... 
            From these various fields ( Happiness, Vitality...) on clicking any one...you get sub fields which will guide you what information you need...☺ Do visit the website.... it is definitely going to help you....                Problems of why you are gaining weight instead of exercising, trouble in skipping food......are going to finally resolve with proven results.... You can get all info from there.... I will be sharing you the diet plan according to your age, to help you here itself as many are confused and struggling with this part only....

Children between 6 to 18 years of age:

1. No intake of food until 9:00 a.m.
2. 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. – Snack of cereal products.
3. 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. – Lunch consisting of fruit, leafy and raw vegetable
salad and sprouted grains.
4. 5:00 to 5:30 p.m. – Snack with one glass of milk.
5. 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. – Full normal balanced dinner.


On the above points, children usually get up by 9 or after 9 so give them food immediately because that is their requirement...and rest you can find it above according to timing.... Problem comes when children ask for junk food.. no worries, you can give them junk food but you must know the limit.... if the above mentioned food intake is greater than junk food you can sit and relax....Not having junk food can be really fake, as I still consume junk food ...So if you know the limit of intake, you can set yourself relax

Young adults between 18 and 25 years of age:

1. No food intake until 12 noon.
2. 12:00 noon – Fruit juice or vegetable broth.
3. 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. – Lunch consisting of mostly fruits with a leafy raw     vegetable salad and a small amount of grains.
4. 5:00 p.m. – Snack to taste without any intake of milk.
5. 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. – Full normal balanced dinner.

Age between 18-25 is very crucial because your body builds up and provide nutrients. To be frank, high amount of junk food is also consumed at this age...I know that's going to be really tuff but if you control yourself you don't have to struggle later...


25 years of age and older:

1. No morning breakfast or food intake until around 12 noon.
2. At around 12 noon, take a glass of fruit juice or plain vegetable broth.
3. Between 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. take lunch consisting mostly of fruits along
with a salad of leafy and raw vegetables.
4. At around 5:00 pm have a snack to taste.
5. Dinner between 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. consisting of more vegetables with less     grains, pulses, rice or bread.
6. Fast one day a week with a very light meal the preceding night.

7. As your age advances a three-day fast may be observed once every
fifteen days. 
8. Fast twice year for 8-9 days – At the beginning of summer and at the     beginning of winter. 

The reason why i said control yourself when you are between 18-25 is now open... after 25 age your body stops building up i.e. your body growth stops and you realize your junk food intake is now affecting you....and then you have to follow a strict diet mentioned above to get everything in control.....

Controlling yourself, stopping yourself from eating you favourite food is really hard but you have your focus mode on you can change everything within you.....what helps apart from focus is meditation, it helps you alot to stay focus, stay alert and be fresh all day...

Diet With Me

Hola Guys!!!!
 How is everyone doing???It's raining all over heavily.......I hope now we don't lack in shortage of water....I live in Pune,and here the khadakwasla dam supplying water to Pune city is full. Due to that they have opened the doors of the dam so that water flows away to all the various rivers.....and the worst part is that the water has reached to the bridge level where selected bridges have been shut down for a particular time at least till the water level decreases.Please guys,drive safely...do not speed up and harm your life, also avoid going to hill stations.
So, coming back to my blog post, My blog posts will be about weight loss, get glowing skin and when is the right time to eat food. 

Many of us are misguided with the name of 'DIET'....people skip their food for days which is a complete NO NO!!! Diet means the use of only specific intake of nutrient for healthy or weight-management reasons. But MOST of us are so not aware of it and they assume diet means skipping food or eating only once a day.... So, i decided to blog about what all can you eat and have a healthy diet. I will be giving you many options and at the end i will be informing you of how have i started with my healthy diet,so you can choose any of the below options and just start with it. Please do not think the below diet is only for weight loss....If you want a healthy glowing skin, Stay fit and healthy with no problems do refer my diet, I will be posting it in parts so that you get everything in detail and notice the change in a week. Today's post is about how to get glowing skin. Here I open my treasure box with you guys finally...Have fun!!

: GET CLEAR AND GLOWING SKIN

Clear and Glowing skin is a dream of every human. No one likes pimples, dark spots, dark circles, oily skin, baggy eyes. There are different skin types with different problem linked with them. Dry skin can get itchy sometimes and needs to be hydrated often. Oily skin is prone to pimples and has a greasy gesture. Some people have normal skin which is my skin type. There are also people with combination skin who have to face the problem of both dry and oily skin. Perfect skin is not too oily or dry but needs to be taken care with regular toning and cleansing.

# Drink Water

One of the best way to help your skin to purify all impurities and get glowing skin is to drink lot of water.Drinking water really helps.It cleanses the body and eliminates the toxins and waste.It hydrates the body and removes excess oil and dirt. 15% of our skin is made up of water. Drinking atleast 2 litres per day will give you glowing skin and changes will be noticeable within a week. It boosts the immune system and your skin will get rid of dryness and wrinkles. I personally drink 2.5 litres of water daily.. your skin will give you results immediately and all waste will be thrown away from your body and your skin remains hydrated.

#Avoid The Sun

Sun is the great source of vitamin D but only in the morning from 7am-9am. After this time please guys avoid sun as the UV rays are quiet strong and they will not only damage your skin but will also result in skin cancer. Avoid sun especially from 10am to 2pm as the sun rays can get really harsh. To avoid sun rays you can apply sunscreen which are easily available in market also.The sunscreen which i apply is recommended by skin specialist.The name of the sunscreen is photostable, you can find the image of how it exactly looks like below.

You can even use this one as it has been experienced by me and my parents, it is really very effective. If not, you can choose any of your choice from market. Make sure the sunscreen you apply is with SPF above 40 or 45. Try wearing clothes that covers maximum part of your body.

# Skin Hydration

As we all know hydrating your body from inside and outside is very important. Cleanse your face twice every day. Please note that if you wash your face more than this then this can result in dryness.Also please note that always wash your face with cold water only. By using cold water, the opened pores will be closed,which will prevent any foreign material to get into them. You can use scrubs and various face wash which you get in market. The scrub which is use is Everyuth Scrub,which will exfoilate your skin and remove all dead cells, impurities, dust and will leave your skin smooth you can find the image below. For people who don't get time to wash their face in between i.e. in the afternoon can carry wet wipes which I do or simply carry rose water and cotton balls.

# Use A Toner

The three basic tips to get clear skin are cleansing, toning and moisturizing. Toners are supposed to be used right after cleansing the skin with a foam based face wash in order to restore the skin's pH balance. I personally don't use toner..but if any one would recommend which toner is good and effective then i would suggest you guys to use Paula's Choice skin balancing Pore-Reducing Toner...It is one of the best toner and your skin will thank you everyday for letting it breathe clean.. It will cost you about 20$ .If not this then you can even go for L'Oreal Paris brand.

# Intake Of Healthy Fruits

                       Apart from treating your face glowing towards the outer side, one must also eat fresh fruits which will maintain your glowing skin from inside too. Tomatoes do a great work and keep your skin glowing and fresh. If you have oily skin and struggle to keep your face shining like a fried papad, tomato is the solution to your agony. Try consuming one tomato daily, you can also apply it on your face and wash it after few minutes. Consume fruits and juices daily, this will not only keep your skin healthy but will also help you in avoiding the intake of junk food.

# Exercise

           Exercise is very important, it will help you to keep your skin glowing for a longer period of time. If you exercise daily, you remove all the dirt from your face through your sweat which results in glowing and clear skin.



                   Here are the ways to keep your skin fresh, glowing and beautiful. Now comes my way of how I treat my skin and keep it stable and glowing. I will be giving you a brief description of everything I use and trust me the results are mind-blowing...... I will be informing you about my daily schedule of how I keep my skin glowing...
        
        # Morning
                         The first thing I do when I get up in the morning is, I drink a glass of hot water. Trust me having a glass of water early in the morning is very very very important.... Water cleans your body from inside completely and within 5min you will get the result because you will immediately run to dispose waste where your body will throw it out. While bathing I wash my face simply with a normal face wash. The face wash which I use is Clean & Clear and it is very effective, it also stops the growth of pimple and vanishes it within a week. But only using this face wash and assuming your pimples will run way is not the truth. I also apply a remedy which I will inform you guys shortly. After bathing I apply my all rounder sunscreen....My photostable sunscreen. I have given in detail about it above, you guys must have read about it I assume. I just love this sunscreen...I have no worries when I step out....because my skin is already protected. What I forgot to inform you guys is, apply sunscreen atleast 30min before you step out of the house. The reason behind this is that your skin must absorb the sunscreen and once it is absorbed your skin is protected from sun and then you are ready to go.

# Afternoon
                       My afternoon face care takes hardly any time because you just have to hydrate your skin. You can either carry rose water and clean your face with cotton or you can carry wet wipes which I follow. This will clean your skin and keep you fresh.

#Evening
                   For people working like me can apply a very tiny amount of sunscreen, because I personally don't like taking risks and spoiling my face. So I apply a very tiny amount of sunscreen before leaving from office and I'm good to leave.

# Night
            I so love the way I treat my skin at night.... As soon as I come home, I wash my face with my Everyuth scrub to remove all dead cells and dirt. This helps me to get a clean face. Later I apply my home remedy which gives me glowing skin and my face feels so live. So my pack is as follows
: Take 1 tbsp. of lemon
: Take 1/2 tbsp. of honey
: Take a pinch of turmeric powder
                          Mix this well and apply it on your face, you may feel like lemon is itching, but that happens only if you are applying it for the first time. Avoid applying this pack under your eyes. You will observe that the pack you have prepared will contain a good quantity so do not throw it, just apply the leftover on your hands. Keep the pack applied on your face and hands for 15min. and wash it with cold water. The reason behind not applying this pack in the morning is because it contains lemon which will attract sun towards you and will result in skin burn. Lemon will lighten your skin, honey will nourish your skin and make it smooth and turmeric will give a glow to your skin. Results will be immediate. If you are bored of this you can also apply tomato on your face and wash it after 10min. Before sleeping, apply a good moisturizer and go to sleep.


Apart from all this I drink 2.5 liters of water daily and consume juices/ milkshakes daily which helps my skin to look fresh and healthy. I work and have no time to make juices regularly so I have applied for fruitizm. Fruitizm delivers me fresh fruits and juices as per my order daily at my office. I will be giving you the details of fruitizm in my next posts if you guys are interested. Preparing juices or cut fruits and getting it in office doesn't keep them fresh for long so applying for fruitizm was the best decision I ever made. They have many options of juices, custards with them and I amazed with the quantity and quality they deliver.

Here is my secret of glowing skin....treat your skin like a baby and it will hold your hand and give you the results......My next blog post will be about a healthy diet so stay tuned guys...
